Hitched! Nicole & Brian

Raining in July? Well, I guess this is Seattle after all. Luckily, my incredible clients Brian and Nicole didn't let a little rain ruin their parade. And this was one fantastic party. Nicole was an absolutely breathtaking bride. If I ever do a vow renewal, I want her dress. Brian was very debonair and handsome. As a couple, they rocked! The music blasted all night long and just about everyone was dancing (including yours truly, I'll admit, but I was taking pictures at the same time!). The newlyweds are now honeymooning in Cabo San Lucas, the lucky ducks.

Reception Site:
Antheia Ballroom, Snohomish, WA
Catering: Foodz Catering & pizza by Veraci

Here Nicole is protecting her niece (and the flower girl) from the big bad photographer. ;) I swear, something about the 85mm/f1.2 scares little kids.

This might be one of my favorite bridals of all time.

The emotion was palpable when Brian and Nicole saw each other for the first time.

The 50mm/1.4 is much more manageable, clearly.

Right after this shot was taken, Nicole turned to her dad, inhaled deeply and said, "It's time."

The flower girl decided, mid-ceremony, to clean up the mess she'd made with all those rose petals.

A moment of relaxation in the bridal suite, post-ceremony.

Making things official.

A wood-fire pizza oven! How cool is that? Not to mention delicious...

Okay, could this cake be any more fabulous? I was smitten with so many details of this wedding.

Making the rounds after dinner and chatting up the guests.

The flower girl really liked it when the DJ let her talk into the microphone. Who could say no to that face?

Laughter through tears during toasts.

A quiet moment during the first dance.

Nicole just laid one on her new husband after the cutting of the cake. Such a beautiful moment.
