Engaged! Adam + Sarah

Well, I'm back in the saddle! A bit earlier than I had planned on, but taking things slow. Life is so different with a newborn, I found myself longing for the familiarity of the camera. And my first shoot since Henry's birth was an awesome one. My dear, dear cousin Adam (one of my very best friends growing up) is engaged to an absolutely delightful girl named Sarah. They were up visiting from Arizona this weekend and had a few extra hours for an engagement shoot.
So, you heard it here first. I'm back to work, raring and ready to have an incredible summer taking YOUR photos!

My best friend is getting married! Only for her would I haul my enormously 8 months pregnant self around Pike Place for a photo shoot. :) We had a great time, and were so happy that the weather (which was supposed to be rainy and miserable) held out.

Engaged! Monica & Beau

The holidays were big for engagements in my circle of friends. Two of my very dearest friends got engaged, which means I get to do engagement photos for them. So fun!
Monica and I have been close friends since seventh grade. I introduced her to my friend Beau in 2000, and the rest is history. :) They have since moved to California (not permanently, we hope), so I went down to visit and we did their engagement photos at Venice Beach. Enjoy!
